What is reputation and review management?
Reputation and review management is the ongoing work of monitoring, collecting and responding to reviews and mentions across Google, Facebook, Clutch, Trustpilot and industry platforms. Reviews influence buyers, can affect local search visibility and can shape how other tools describe your business.
Strong reputations are built honestly: asking every customer at a sensible moment, replying to every review, solving the problems behind negative feedback and showing proof on your website. We never use fake reviews or incentives that break platform rules.

Ask every customer,
not only the happy ones.
It is tempting to send review requests only to customers who seem pleased. Some platforms, including Google, say businesses should not selectively ask for positive reviews or discourage negative ones, and a profile made only of five-star praise can look less believable to readers anyway.
Our approach is to make leaving a review easy for every customer at a sensible moment, such as after a completed job or appointment, using a direct link, a QR code, an email or a WhatsApp message. We write requests that are polite and neutral, with no pressure and no reward for a particular rating.
The Google profile itself, with its categories, photos and details, is handled in Google Business Profile Optimization. This service covers the reviews and mentions around it, across several platforms.

Positive reviews
Thank the customer by name, mention something specific and keep it short and genuine.
Critical reviews
Acknowledge the problem, apologise where fair, offer to resolve it offline and avoid arguing in public.
Unfair or fake reviews
Reply factually if appropriate, and flag reviews that break platform policy through the proper process.
Honest limits
of review management.
We cannot remove genuine negative reviews. Platforms only remove reviews that break their policies, and decisions are theirs. We cannot promise a particular rating or number of reviews, and we do not write reviews on your behalf.
What we can do is make sure customers are asked, every review is answered well, policy-breaking content is reported properly and the feedback you receive reaches the people who can fix the cause. Over time, that is what builds a reputation that holds up.

Tools we use
Reputation & Review Management
questions.
We can only request removal of reviews that break platform policies, such as spam or fake reviews. Genuine negative reviews are best handled with a professional response and by fixing the issue.
No. Fake reviews break platform rules and consumer protection laws and can get your profile penalized. We help you collect genuine reviews from real customers.
We make it easy for customers to review you at the right moment, using direct links, QR codes, email and WhatsApp messages, and we ask every customer rather than selecting only the happy ones.
Yes. Replying to both positive and negative reviews shows customers and platforms that you are active and care about feedback.
Review quantity, quality and recency are commonly discussed as factors in local search, and they influence whether people choose your listing. We cannot say how much weight any one platform gives them.
Usually not. Many platforms prohibit rewarding reviews, and some regulations require disclosure. We design requests that follow platform rules and do not trade rewards for ratings.
